Lloyd attended Swansea University, obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry followed by the Graduate Diploma in Law. After graduating Lloyd gained experience dealing with a variety of personal injury claims. He then returned to education, studying for a Master of Laws in Legal Practice from BPP University, where he achieved a Distinction.

Lloyd joined Field Overell as a Paralegal in July 2020, assisting Andrew McCusker in our Civil Litigation Department. In January 2021 he commenced a training contract with the firm.
