FAMILY COURT FEES INCREASE
As a firm we would like to keep our clients up to date with any changes that could have an impact on their legal costs within matrimonial proceedings, in particular, the increase in court fees that came into effect on 30 September 2021. These are the fees we pay to the court to issue applications on behalf of clients.
Below is a summary of the new and old court fees:-
