Our specialist personal injury team recover £60,000

Our specialist personal injury team was successful in recovering the sum of £60,000 for our client C who was a rear seat passenger in a vehicle was driven negligently by her friend. It is understood that he failed to stop at a Give Way sign and subsequently collided with another vehicle and careering into a property at the side of the road.

Luckily, the Claimant was wearing her seatbelt which reduced her injuries, but despite the same she suffered a number of orthopaedic injuries and other internal injuries. Despite the seriousness of the injuries, the Claimant coped with them with great fortitude and was able to make a good recovery and proceed with her University studies.
